One more thing to add to my dream house: the slide/stair combination. It's a time saver and it's just fun. "What do you need?" she shouts from above, "One sec, I'll slide right down."

Andrea Horvatt is disgustingly talented. Check out her new site here.

An Israeli couple buy their first apartment, and instead of wallowing in the misery of broken tiles and mildew, they did this
From the bedroom floor, to the towel rack/faucet, and hello shower toilet decor combination - this couple really made a house into a home. Check out more people who "desire to inspire" here.

Besides being one of my best friends, Andrew Weller is outright talented. When we were taking "ceramica' (a thinly-veiled art class) together, he was whipping up vases (with handles!) while I was still struggling with ashtrays and bowls. Check out his website here. Below are some of my favorite snaps of him, in the business - As he visits D.C. this weekend to shoot a rap video (told you he was talented) and has made me an extra, I can only spread the creative love. Andrew, I'm bringing my hood to set.

On November 28th, deadmau5 cooperated with Nokia and their 4D technology to create an amazing free light show at Millbank Tower, London. Each of the 120 meter high building's 800 windows were covered with vinyl as 16 powerful projectors, stationed 300 meter away on the other side of the river, beamed 3D images onto the structure. Watch what emerged below as music, light, and sound came together in a pretty spectacular mix that fused the architecture of iconic tower with the energy of the crowd and exclusive remixes from deadmau5 (the 4th dimension).

Below are some of my favorite photos I took while in Florence, Italy, land of gelato, pizza, and Prosecco. After eight weeks, we've spanned from Rome to Rimini, Sorrento to Siena, and Italy never failed to impress. Thanks to everyone at GE who made the experience so rewarding and substantive.

On Friday afternoon, Gil Scott-Heron, one of the true founders of hip hop passed away. A poet, a lyricist, and musician, his voice has been sampled from everyone from Jay-Z to Kayne West's "Who will Surivive in America?" which samples Gil's infamous Comment #1, a bit of which follows:

"The time is in the street you know. Us living as we do upside down. And the new word to have is revolution. People don't even want to hear the preacher spill or spiel because God's whole card has been thoroughly piqued. And America is now blood and tears instead of milk and honey...."

Darcy Prendergast and the creative team at OH YEAH WOW have again paired with the haunting music of ALL INDIA RADIO to bring you their latest music video, 'Rippled'. The video took over six months took make and is shot in camera, by real people, in the real world, using long exposure techniques. It's a beautiful collaboration and is one of the more unique videos I've seen recently. What a little hard work will do...
